I do customs, yes. The blue "bitchin" one was a custom for a buddy of my friend who helps me build them. I've been working on a few right now and will have 4 customs done hopefully in the next 2 weeks. I'll throw up some pics once they are complete.
thanks

how much do they normally come to? well the supplies end up costing about $25-$40 a board (just using standard stuff, I'll be experimenting with bamboo, fiberglass, carbon fiber and texalium soon) and I sell them anywhere between $60-$80 unless they want something extra, like crazy graphics or wheels wells and stuff.
Making them Build a press, to bend the wood into the shape you want Concave, kicktail, camber whatever then glue up a few thing layers of wood and then "press" them in the "press" and once it's dry you cut it up, shape it, sand it, drill the holes, paint it and grip it. Sha-bam then you skate it

nope nope nope they don't have it
I use 1/8" baltic birch plywood and I get it from various woodworking stores in the area. Check the yellow pages for woodworking stores and call around asking for it.
