Hey guys! I'm in Newport, Oregon. I have been following your progress at this website since I read about you in the Newport News-Times. Great videos and photos! (ummm....."Super Bad Video"? lmao!) There are so many great adventurers out there. Cheers to all! Another journey that I've been following is "Around America Adventure". Renata Chulmska is circumnavigating the lower 48 States by kayak, bike and inline skates. She started her adventure in Seattle, WA 7/4/2005 and hopes to complete it in 16 months. You can check out her progress at www.renatachlumska.com/. Many thanks for the many smiles and your support of a great cause. Congrats on nearing the completion of your long journey!

congratulations on makin it back home guyz! my many wishes were with you the whole time... i admire your reason for this adventure and i hope people will follow in your footsteps! adam, i don't know if you remember me or not, but i hang out with mel and mason a lot and have seen you a lot in her suite in danieley and her forestdale apt.... in fact, she told me about your 'adventure' after my freshly broken ankle, so i needed something to occupy my time!!! so yall were my sanity, or else i would have been stuck in this apt twiddling my thumbs... so hi 5 to yall AND mel.... and mason too!
the videos rocked, the pictures rocked, the updates rocked, and yall rock.... keep it up guyz! Later on, ~Kelli

You can see some footage of the Slalom Race here: www.downhillbillies.orgI met Jack that weekend and he's a great guy. He told me some cool stories about Stacy and filming "Lord of Dogtown"... not to mention the surreal feeling of riding with dudes from that era. Marty Schaub (G&S Team) was there that weekend and a whole host of guys from the 70s still ripping it up today. there is a weekend long "Clinic' this weekend (March 25th, 2006) in Winston-Salem. You can find all the info at the site above or you can register here: www.ncdsa.com/contest_registration.asp?ContestID=213it's FREE and includes FREE North Carolina BBQ Saturday night. Jack Smith won't be there, but there will be plenty of World Class Slalom people riding. Hope to see you out there!!

Good to hear Adam.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you all can do on a slalom board.
It should be a great weekend.
Hobby Park has a great Mountain Trail too (so I've heard), so you guys are into that bring your bikes and check out the trail.
